Is certificate verification really free?
Yes. The public verification page never requires a login or a paid plan — a recruiter checking a graduate's credential should never hit a paywall. It is rate limited to prevent scraping, not to sell access.
What happens to our certificates if we stop paying?
Already-issued certificates stay verifiable permanently. You lose the ability to issue new ones beyond the free tier limits, not the credibility of what you already gave your students.
Can each department have its own workspace?
That's what multi-tenancy is for. On Enterprise, an institution can run one tenant per department or club, each with isolated data, its own templates and its own administrators.
Do you support offline check-in?
The scanner queues scans locally when the network drops and syncs them when it returns, because campus Wi-Fi at a 1,000-person event is not something to depend on.
